Interview
First round was a one-on-one interview with a Partner of the firm which was on-campus. This first round was scheduled very shortly after resume submission via campus recruitment. The second round was the final round in which all candidates were brought in to the company for a full day interview. All costs were paid for including hotel rooms, transportation costs (taxi, amtrak, etc.) and dinner. We were brought in the night before the interview and taken out for drinks at a local bar by the current consultants. It was an open bar with appetizers and although it was casual, it was definitely a component of the interview process where you could ask questions about the company and you were assessed on how you could mix and mingle. The interview the next day was from 8 am to around 4 pm and consisted of one-on-one interviews with each of the partners in the firm and the CEO and two of the older consultants. We also had a group interview over lunch, and during any of the breaks in between interviews we had a packet we had to work on that had brain teasers, logic problems, and report design problems.
