Interview
I sent in my resume and cover letter through university's job portal. I received an e-mail invitation to do an interview (before the deadline for the application listed on the portal). After the first phone interview, which lasted 30-45 minutes with one case question and the rest behavioral, I received another e-mail to do a second round phone interview a bit over a week later. This round interview was a short one 20 minutes with just one case question. Note: the company is now called Sterling Associates (rebranded from New Heights Research)
