New Water announced the first and final close of its inaugural private equity investment fund, New Water Capital Partners, L.P. ("NWC I"​) in 2015, closing at its hard cap of $406 million. NWC I will focus on lower-middle market investments, including turnarounds, underperformers, corporate carve-outs, and companies in transition in the target areas of consumer products, retail, and manufacturing and services.
