Very detailed accounting questions; require you to go through the DCF/LBO model if they are on your resume, including the discount rate you used and how you calculate it, the synergies you figured out, the assumptions you used and how did you get the assumptions. Also ask brain teaser which was similar to consulting interview questions. for example, how many coins can be filled in your classroom. Plus, require you to be very familiar about the companies on your resume, they asked about the market shares of your client company and the companies you worked in.
