Technical:
- How do you evaluate an investment?
- Walk me through the process of evaluating an investment?
- What are the valuation methodologies?
- Do you have experience negotiating contracts?

Behavioral
- Why do you want to work in PE?
- What did you learned the most in IB?
- Why should we hire you versus other candidates?
- How much do you know about the PE in Peru and Latin America?
- What do you like doing for fun?

The process was very fast and lasted for 2 weeks. You have to follow up with them to show that you are interested in the position.
