Niagara Capital Partners Ltd. is a Toronto based investment fund management firm which, through its funds, offers institutional and high-net-worth individuals investments in liquid alternative strategies. The strategies are incorporated into multi-strategy fund formats and are managed in co-operation with Friedberg Mercantile Group Ltd.

Founded by David Rothberg and Michael Grant in 2004, the company, through its two principals, is a lead investor in the funds it offers. In Canada, Niagara is the investment fund manager of the Niagara Discovery Fund and the Niagara Legacy Fund.
