Interview
I got referred by a friend to the desk. Afterwards, I was contacted by a member of the team to have an interview. When I arrived to the office, I got questions from two junior members of the desk asking mostly fit questions, and a little background check about what technical skills I knew (such as Black-Scholes basics).
Interview Questions
The first part of the interview started with behavioral questions like:

* What motivates you?
* What attracted you to this company?
* How would you solve internal problems in the team?
* Why do you want this internship?
The second part consisted on basic technical questions such as
What is Black Scholes?
What programming languages do you know and what can you achieve with such programs?
I see you know Python or R, when did you start learning it and what have you done to stay up to date.

Interview
First I had to do an online test.
Then I was invited to an interview with a trainee and HR. Mostly fit questions.
Finally, I had to do a valuation report an a strategic asset allocation case.
Didn't make to the last round (panel interview)
Interview Questions
A lot of questions about valuation in the second interview.

Special focus on my assumptions: growth rate, market share, CAPEX, amortisation, etc.

On the strategic asset allocation case I was asked mainly about the current market situation: in which asset class I would invest, why, etc

Otherwise it was typical fit questions: what motivates you, why do you want to work in asset management, strengths, what are your soft skills and how would you improve them...

Overall the most difficult part was the valuation defense
