Interview
I had an opportunity to work at northcoast research through one of their analysts in which I knew well. The interview process was very simple, I first spoke with the analyst who would normally have you pitch a stock to him, but since I have worked with him before he did not need to test my skills. I know that if someone else was being interviewed they would need to do a stock pitch & explain research philosophy. I then spoke with the Senior Associate I would be working under & he asked behavioral questions to see how I would fit in. Following, I spoke with the head of Equity Research and I recieved an offer.
