Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was flown out to Chicago on a Sunday in February, the interview was the next day. I interviewed with 2 -3 people in each group. The entire process lasted about 4 hours after which all the candidates that interviewed that day went off to lunch. after that we were taken back to our hotels and then to the airport.
