Asset Management Summer Intern

I reached out first and had a screening call with a member of the recruiting team. She was super nice! Genuinely a great experience, and helped me understand what the process was going to be like.

Was invited about 2 weeks later to schedule an online superday. The Superday was done over Teams and consisted of 2 back-to-back interviews. Both mixed behavioral and technical components. First one was more technical and asked about my understanding of AM, portfolio diversification and strategy, etc. Next one was more behavioral and focused more on my ability to work on a team, with small "What if" scenarios to test my responses.

About 2 weeks after that I received an acceptance on the application. Everybody throughout the process was incredibly nice, and I highly recommend reaching out first! I think the initiative translated over well to an offer.
