I applied through OCR, and received a phone call about a month later. The HR representative set up a phone interview for a week later with a different HR representative.

The phone interview was primarily behavioral, but with a few very basic accounting questions thrown in. After the phone interview, I received a call stating that I had moved to the final round. The final round consisted of 6 interviews in the firm's Chicago office. Since I was studying in a different state, the HR representative made all the travel arrangements for me.

There were 6 fellow applicants who made it to the final round interview, and the company was looking to select two people. The interviews were different depending on who was interviewing you. One interviewer was interested in your personal life, one was interested in your prior experience, and one was interested solely in your accounting knowledge. Overall, none of the interviewers were that tough and all seemed to be interested to see if you would fit with the firm's culture.
