Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A recruiter called me over the phone, checked my background information and asked for an one on one interview. The interview was held in Westchester, NY and took about 40 minutes. The questions were mostly my college career, my leadership role and my networking ability. She handed me out a skill test paper and I had to submit it within a couple of days.I felt like it was both way process, I was trying to sell myself and at the same time she was trying to sell me the internship.
