The recruitment team was quick to respond, ushering me into the assessment phase, which comprised of an online test that delved into my analytical abilities and personality traits. This was followed by a phone interview where I had the chance to discuss my professional journey and learn more about the company’s esteemed culture. I dedicated time to thoroughly research Northwestern Mutual, which paid off during the interview, allowing me to answer confidently and pose insightful questions. Moving forward, I was challenged with a case study that tested my practical problem-solving skills, providing a glimpse into the analyst role at the company.
