Financial Representative

Had a first round interview with a recruiter from Northwestern Mutual at a career fair event in NYC. Interview was conducted after an initial resume pre-screening. Very relaxed and informal interview process. Was asked basic resume questions, and why I was interested in Northwestern Mutual and the specific position. During the interview, the recruiter told me that I would be moving on to the next round, which was to complete an online personality test. Pending the results of the test, I would be asked to come into their home office in Paramus to interview with the team leader. Received the online test a day later, and completed it within two business days. Was then asked to schedule an interview with the team leader, which has not taken place yet.
