1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The hiring process consists of 3 interviews. All 3 interviews were held at the Flushing branch of Northwestern Mutual. The first interview consisted of very general questions about my resume. At the second interview I was asked to get 100 contacts in 3 days (as possible clients for purchasing Northwestern Mutual's products) which is when I declined the offer.
