Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went through 3 separate interviews before being given an offer. The first was with the recruiter, and then the next two were with the "College Unit Director." The recruiter was a breeze, and then the "College Unit Director" asked me to complete surveys on other people asking questions about the financial industry and after I had completed all of those surveys I was given the offer.
