The interview feels less like grilling you on finance and more like seeing if you’re outgoing, coachable, and comfortable talking to people. They ask a lot about your goals, work ethic, and why you want to make money. There’s a big emphasis on networking and prospecting — like who you know and how comfortable you’d be reaching out to friends and family. They hype it up as an ‘entrepreneurial opportunity’ with great training, but you can tell success depends heavily on sales hustle.
