Their recruiter got in contact with me a few weeks after I had applied online through OCD. We scheduled a time for an interview and he called me. The interview was very open ended and was definitely not what I was expecting. It was very free-flowing and that caught me off-guard. The fact that I had just received an offer from BP did not help as I felt much less motivated to do well in this interview. He didn't seem too psyched about the interview and I never got a call back. I think they were definitely just testing my oral abilities and I was not motivated enough to try hard.
