Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I approached a former alumni from my college at the career fair and we talked for a half hour. He then asked for my resume, glanced at it, and told me to apply for the internship program. I sent him a follow up info for more details. I had a phone interview, then I was interviewed by two people in person, and a final phone interview. I had homework in-between, like nine market surveys, compiling an excel sheet of at least 100 contacts, etc. I liked how I had no connections and still got the internship. They told me they hire mostly Juniors but I am a Sophomore. They want a particular personality, so they did a personality test with the first interview.
