The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Organized first-round interview with recruiter. First-round interview was mainly behavioral with specific questions around how I would source a potential investment.
Interview Questions
Interview and I spent about 10 minutes of the first-round interview going through behavioral style questions. Typical questions of walk me through your resume and walk me through a deal that you've worked on. Interviewer seemed to also be testing my interest in San Francisco. Beyond that, the remaining part of the interview consisted of how I would go about sourcing a potential investment in the company and the considerations I would have. Interviewer asked me follow-up questions at each stage of my response.

Interview
They moved very fast, it was an initial screening with a VP and then suddenly I was scheduled to talk to everyone on the team.
Interview Questions
One of the GPs asked me why my Linkedin connections were so low, basically accused me of being unsociable. The rest of the interview was pretty standard. I wasn't expecting a second model test. They had me do a model test at home and when I flew out they asked me to improve on the model. I guess it is to make sure people are not cheating prior to setting up the meeting.

They are really sourcing focused so most of the questions were not about technical knowledge but how I would go about finding new businesses to call. This was unlike most of my PE interviews.

Interview
First round was a skype interview. Mostly fit questions and one easy accounting question. Next round was a superday where you met with the entire team. They sent you a CIM a week before the final round and you had to build a model (based off their template) and create a couple of powerpoint pages (SWOT analysis and additional diligence action steps). The interviews were all fit except the case study and one paper LBO.
Interview Questions
- Market sizing question - light bulbs in Australia.
- Case study on an industrial company - SWOT analysis and model
- Paper LBO - it was fairly easy as they walked you through it, just make sure you don't make any mental math errors as that ends up being the biggest challenge. They also asked a few follow up questions on the LBO.
- Many fits questions - why Minnesota, tell me about a time you made a mistake, tell me a time you worked with a difficult colleague, where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc.
- Make sure you know your deals well
