Was contacted by the interviewer a few days before the interviews, asked if I had any questions for him... didn't have much to say at that point. Interview consisted of two parts, one with the interviewer who called me, presented a straightforward estimation case, was easy and painless. Second part I was put in a room with two relatively new associates. They proceeded to grill me with brainteasers and mental math problems. I thought I did well, but they had a smug attitude about it. They yawned throughout my resume walkthrough.
