The hiring process was not stressful at all. Very simple, easy, mostly behavioral. The interviewers were also nice.
Interview Questions
The practices what they preach when it comes to engagement, flexibility, accountability, and utilizing strengths. It is a flat organization with a lot of bandwidth to run with your ideas, create new initiatives, and have a seat at the table. I love coming to work at a place where there aren't clock watchers and where your input is truly valued! The hiring and interview process was long, but extremely professional and streamlined. Recruitment staff did a fantastic job of setting expectations prior to interviews, and feedback post interview was prompt and clear. The recruitment process was, however, very thorough, with recruitment staff seeming to focus on organizational fit.
