Interview
I made it through 2 phone interviews but didn't get the third one. They have 3 phone interviews then a 1 on 1 with senior analysts. The first interview was with a HR person and she asked usual behavior/ fit questions. (Why novus? Why analytics) She also asked what I knew about hedge funds.

In the second interview I spoke with an analyst, this was a tougher interview as he asked me what kind of hedge fund strategies I knew and to explain them in detail, how hedge funds short a position, and some specific questions pertaining to my back ground.

I didn't make it to the third phone interview.

Very simple and easy online application which only required CV and cover letter. A few weeks later they emailed me to set up a telephone interview. The call was easy to arrange and was made from their New York office. In the interview they did a basic CV walk through interview asking me about each detail of my CV. The interviewer was very pleasant and professional throughout. It was a positive experience. At the end of the call they said they would contact me in the next few days with further details of the process.
