The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I applied with a resume and cover letter after getting the contact info from a professor. I was contacted the following week to schedule an interview. The secretary was very helpful and thorough with the information. When I came in I met the secretary, waited in the conference room for a few minutes, and then was brought into the President's office where I was interviewed by him while the CEO was working at a desk off to the side and listening. It was a pretty friendly conversation about my experiences. I made a follow up call, and was told to wait longer. A month after the interview I followed up again, and was given an offer that I accepted.
Interview Questions
The most unexpected question asked was why I was a better candidate than the person waiting in the hall. That would be a normal question, but it really came up because I knew the person (it was a classmate).
