Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial phone conversation with a VP at the firm followed up by a more formal phone interview with the same VP. Later on, I was invited for interviews at the firm's office. There were two sets of interviews. The first one was with an associate and an AVP, and the second one was with the initial VP I spoke with and the head of the internship program. Both interviews lasted for about an hour.
Interview Questions
None of the interview questions were too difficult. Largely they centered around my background and my interest in the firm. The most challenging interview question likely was about why I wanted to work for the firm and what I brought to the table. Other questions focused on their services and operations. It is important to understand what the firm does so that you can speak to it when asked. Make sure to review materials ahead of time and come with good questions. Ultimately, questions focused on fit, background, and interest.
