1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview consisted entirely of mental math, bond pricing and accounting questions. Make sure you brush up on these beforehand. Very intense, banking-like culture - really want people who will show up and process for them for 14-16 hours a day. They didn't ask anything about my prior deal experience, but I heard from other applicants that they will sometimes ask you for a credit idea, so make sure you have a few of those prepared beforehand.
