Interview
There was a online test first which was followed by a video interview. This is then followed up by a HR interview, a panel interview and a final case study interview coducted by the head of wealth advisory.
Interview Questions
The most difficult part of the interview was to actually prepare to for the case. The case consisted of a certain customer's portfolio and we were required to optimize the portfolio using our knowledge and publicly available information. There was no supporting information provided and there was no guidelines on what should be done for a customer. Everything had to be researched online by yourself and don't expect to be spoon-fed. They will give you a day or 2 to prepare for the case but it is usually insufficient to get all the data out in time.
