Saw posting on LinkedIn, sent resume via their instructions (email recruiter). Contacted within a few days for phone interview. Phone interview was with the Associate. Asked most behavior questions, standard walk me through your resume, and then each item on your resume. Followed by technical questions (What is WACC, etc). Was informed that technical knowledge was important because firm is small and they needed someone experienced.
