Interview Details

What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied to the internship through my school's job recruiting website. Was contacted a day later to schedule my first phone interview. The first interview consisted entirely of mental math and probability questions. At the end of the interview, my interviewer told me I would be going through to the next round. The second phone interview consisted of more probability questions and a brainteaser (pen and paper were allowed this time. Again, I was told that I would be put through another phone screen. Third interview consisted of a mix of questions about probability, computer science, and things relating to my education background. I was rejected after this third screen. Overall, they run their recruiting process well and are very direct with you.
