Great potential for earnings for those who are willing to grind it out, largely dependent on effort and ability to bring onboard long term corporate clients. Revenue is built from trading execution and hedging advisory services. The team is great but the overall company management lacks vision, leading the division to flounder even with capable staff. Lack of capital for growth of the division, and lack of long term vision was the key reason for me leaving.
