Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was interviewed twice. First by HR, and after with a senior member of the firm. Both interviews consisted of the same format. I walked them through my resume, my experience, my career goals, and why I was interested in the firm, and how I was a good fit. After this, I took an assessment that I had 15 minutes to complete which tested core competencies such as critical thinking, mental math, and language comprehension. The interview was fairly relaxed. Overall great experience, and friendly people.
