The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Was contacted by recruiter who presented me with the position to see if I was interested. I was looking to relocate at the time so I pursued it. I flew up to CT and met with the Sr. Analyst for around 35 minutes just talking about the position itself and the company. Once that meeting was over, I left to return home. Heard back from the recruiter after the weekend saying it went well and they want to move forward. We scheduled a phone interview with the Executive VP of Treasury to save me some time and money in flying back up there. The call went well and just wanted to get to know me it seemed. The day after the call, the recruiter called me to talk compensation expectations and details and then the next day they presented me with an offer.
Interview Questions
None. Basic fit questions and wanted to see how analytical your background was. Walk me through your resume. Do you understand leases? What have you done in your past positions? How do you feel those roles relate to this one?
