Interview Questions
Describe a time where you had to quickly adapt to change. Give a specific example and describe how you overcame and dealt with the situation. The manager stated the question was intended to see how a candidate will adapt to the environment at the company since they were quickly expanding and required employees who could work in unfamiliar and new environments. Specifically, they stated how the company had nearly doubled in size from 300 employees to over 600 in the time span of a year. The question also focused on the importance of stepping out of comfort zone and trying something new.
