Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Screening call with HR. Questions included: walk me through your CV, why OTPP, why move from current job, why this team in particular. Then, 1 on 1 interview with a director. Mix of heavy technical questions and fit. Questions included: walk me through a DCF model for an infra project. Then questions on each specific input and calculation of the model. Also questions about current deal exposure, challenges faced in current job, and ability to work long hours. Then 4.5hour technical test including 3 hours of financial modelling, half hour break and 1h presesntation. Overall experience interviewing was good. Heard back very fast from HR after each round.
