Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online. Had to complete a hirevue interview within 48 hours. 4 questions: Why OTPP, Experience, Which value do I identify with, Other info I'd like to include. Then I had a 1-on-1 HR interview with questions like why this position and why am I a fit. Then a had an interview with 2 hiring managers. This stage included some technical questions like EV/EBITDA or EV/Mkt Cap and recommending a private company. The final round is a 3 hours case study with a 30 minute presentation.
