Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round interview and Financial Modelling test. Interview was mostly based around CV and experience to date. Financial modelling test was extremely time pressured and consisted of a case study, 15 questions on finding mistakes in a model.
2nd round was a case study with 2 directors and numerical puzzles
