The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I had a skills test initially and then a phone interview. The tradertest.org is good portal to practise for the written test.
Interview Questions
The time limit to solve the problems were difficult. The level of the questions is good and one must be well prepared to solve the questions under pressure. The questions also involved options in different mixed fractions and not just the decimal numbers. So once must prepare well for that as well. The online portal is good and give the flexibility to answer the questions in a good way. One has to be accurate and fast in calculating the operations of the number and also reflecting it in different number formats and forms.

Interview
I found an internship opportunity over the net and applied through their site. I received a call few days later from an operational and we fixed then a day for the interview. I was called 3 days after with an offer.
Interview Questions
When I arrived, I was directly given a case study over a fictive company and I had to use DCF and multiple methods. I had few pages of information/industry description and the financials + some charts. With only one hour and only a pen and paper, it was quite difficult since I wasn't 100% prepared for that and taken by surprise (it was my first interview). After one hour, the interviewer came and we discussed the results. Some question he asked : What does it mean to have negative WC ? What is FCF in simple words for you ? Why do we use multiples and what's the meaning of a DCF ? When do we use it in real life ?
