Applied online, after a few months heard back via email and set up one 30 minute interview with a manager level employee. Interview was standard behavioral and to questions to learn more about what areas you would be interested in within UHG. Heard back a couple weeks later that I got an offer.
Interview Questions
None of the questions were anything super difficult just standard behavioral interviews. Make sure you can talk about what you are interested professionally like finance, data analytics, consulting, ect. because they will try to place you on a role similar to that.
