Interview
Applied online through the company website. was contacted for a phone screen. was then brought in for a 1 on 1. 2 other Sr. traders were then brought in. mostly fit questions, they teach you all the technicals
Interview Questions
There were no difficult technical questions. As i mentioned before they are confident that they will teach you the technicals. However they dug deep to make sure you will be able to be a great fit for the firm and handle the behavioral aspects of trading. The most unexpected part of the interview was that it was supposed to be a one on one with a hiring manager, but then two senior traders were brought in the room. They did not ask anything crazy, but really wanted to stress that fit was incredibly important.
