1st round was a zoom call with two employees, then there was a case which you had a week to do, then a final round with 2 more employees.

The team was very nice - they were mainly looking for attention to detail as well as a willingness to learn about the business. The recruiting process for their business division is far different than the investment analyst role, as these guys value teamwork and collaboration far more. Make sure to know their values and such.

Interview
It has been around one month for the whole process. It starts with a submission with your CV and a few personality questions. Then you would need to do two round one-on-one interviews and then a case study. In the end, it's a small talk with the PM.
Interview Questions
Many brain teaser which is not tested by any other companies.

Presentation
Interview
The interview process was really straightforward and the HR resources were really nice and informative. The first step was to answer a question about contrarianism, mainly explain a time where you had to convince someone of an idea that wasn't popular. The second round consisted of behavioural and technical questions as well as a stock pitch. And the last round was with a director on more of the investment thesis.
Interview Questions
-Explain a time where you had to support an unpopular idea?
-What is your investment philosophy?
-Would a biotech company have a lower or higher beta than an airline company?
-Pitch me a secular short.

Interview
Got interview role through recruiter. Called in for 1-1 interview after passing personality test. If you pass will have a case study.
Interview Questions
why are hedge funds returns poor? how many £1 coins are in circulation? you have a cup of water that is full, i drink half, pass to you, you drink half, and it continues. how much do we drink? All questions were either brain teasers or related to random philopsophical questions about hedge funds and the market? these were designed to see how you react under pressure, no fit questions, no technical, one or two about background, why interested in investment etc. i was quite surprised by these questions and prepared enough.

Personality Test
Interview
Your first round is an online personality test, followed by a phone screen. The first round is fairly conventional. If they like you, they have you visit their office for 2 one-on-one interviews. The in person interviews were much less conventional - I was asked about my family, about my personal failures and my perception of myself on a scale of 1-10 across several categories including 'how weird are you?'
Interview Questions
How weird are you? What makes you weird?
What are you bad at?
What do you see yourself doing in 10 years?
Who is an investor you admire?
What are the 3 most important things you look at on a financial statement?

Interview
Interview was very straight-forward. Was contacted 2 days after sending my resume to the HR Manager, and then set up a 1:1 interview with a portfolio manager for the following week. The interview mainly behavioral. Asking things such as why Orbis? Why asset management? Also had to walk through my resume and education thus far and how it was applicable to the position.
Interview Questions
The position description was rather vague, which unfortunately caused me to ask too many questions in an attempt to better understand what the internship would entail.
They really focus on behavioral/personality fit questions compared to technical ones. Also, almost all members of senior management were HBS alumni, so that may have a strong bearing on whether or not you're a good 'fit' in their eyes.
