Junior Trader

Pretty straight forward, sent and email and got invited to a 1 on 1 meeting with a partner. Started with a simple math tests 25 questions in 5 mins, all very simple addition or subtraction. Pretty relaxed interview, I was asked questions about my knowledge of financial markets, prices of commodities and my views on interest rates. I also got to ask questions about specific strategies the company executes.

I was invited back for a 2nd interview a month later with the head of trading. It was a pretty short interview, I was asked similar questions and more personal questions e.g. hobbies, what i do to relax etc. 3 days later got an email saying i had the job.
