Graduate Trader

Received an email offering a written test, very much based on fitness and personality.
Following this round, I was offered a face to face interview, with 2 nterviewers. Involved more fitness questions, many questions regarding problem solving/ability to learn.
Academic tests involved very simplistic calculations under time pressure, easy to pass with a good grasp of simple math. Logic tests very similar, matching patterns and numerical challenges under time pressure (not SHL or Kenexa, much easier). Very informal.
Final round interview incorporated multiple interviewers, assessment techniques and a simulated trading exercise (in which they are looking for mindset opposed to actual profit gen).
