Intern

I applied in early 2015, and was called for an interview in February. I spoke one-on-one with two different employees. These interviews were purely behavioral, and I was asked a lot about why I wanted to work here. I was also asked a lot about any entrepreneurial behavior. Like most behaviorals, it was mostly about teamwork, leadership, etc., and then I was able to ask questions at the end. I was called the next day and offered the position.
