Interview
I first met with the CEO in an informal setting at a restaurant so that we could get to know each other on a personal level. He asked me questions about former jobs, where I studied etc. Once I passed that stage I attended another interview with my eventual manager and an additional colleague.
Interview Questions
There were no unexpected questions. All very standard (former jobs, education, motivation for the job etc).
