Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round: interview with two analysts, was a mix of behaviorals and technicals but overall nothing too crazy
Second round: 5 hour modeling exam. I was sent a real estate acquisition scenario with various assumptions and had to model out cash flow, waterfall, IRR calculations, etc
Final Round: Interview with 2 directors and was largely based on the modeling exam
