The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Applied online and then had a brief HR call. Following that, I had to prepare a presentation based on a company's annual report. This was then presented to a partner, which was followed by a behavioural interview.
Interview Questions
There were some tricky market sizing exercises, which were annoyingly hard. Especially as they were the kind of ones that the interviewer just Googled and wouldn't be able to herself: "how many soccer balls could you fit into Wembley Stadium"

In addition, during the case study a change was implemented at the start. This was quite unnerving as it meant that the original hypothesis was thrown out of the window. I was given 20 minutes to prepare a new analysis based on the information provided at the start of the interview.

Interview
The first round phone screen interview involved a rather basic about why entering consulting and how my past experiences would be connected with the job specs. This was rather easy to get through

The next round covered an inperson assessment where they sent a financial statement 1 week in advance and asked me to create some slides to go through in 30minutes regarding management concerns. It was quite difficult not having financial experience but a few courses would help and all the concerns were in the first few pages. AT the interview you review this and they say they want some changes based on an email. The second part of this round covered more behavioural based questions and also a surprise market sizing - how many containers would be needed to fit all the bananas eaten in the UK in a single day. I did not pass this due to nerves which messed with my maths.

The next round would have been 3-4 cases and a lunch with associates. I was not invited back due to poor performance in the market sizing section.
Interview Questions
The unexpected interview questions was the one about the bananas where they ask how many containers would be needed to fit all the bananas eaten in the UK in a single day.

Another question they asked was - what are 3 qualities which my friends would say that I have in myself. This was rather unexpected as well. There were some other questions regarding how I have dealt with a difficult team situation, how I have managed other peers, how have I dealt with a complex solution and presented it to a client.
