Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through campus recruiting. Took 3 months for them to get back to me and first round was a phone interview. Typical tell me about yourself/resume and discussion about the bond markets. Be prepared for this. Went to superday and it consisted of 6 interviews with 12 people (2 in each). One was a very technical interview and they grill you big time. Be prepared to know your macroeconomics and current events to a T.
