Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was a half hour screen by phone, after which there was a superday where the firm flew me down to their offices. Superday consisted of 6 half-hour conversations with people regarding various fit and technical questions. It was about half fit, half technical. The technical questions seemed to come on a specific topic (bond pricing, macro-economics, etc). Technicals also got highly detailed on some topics, I think just to push on logical reasoning and not necessarily because I was expected to know. Each half hour session was either all fit or all technical.
