Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Networked with NYC Pimco office in NYC over the summer. Applied for the internship position in December. First phone screen was about two weeks later. After the phone screen, they fly you out to California for their Superday. Superday consists of 6 interviews- each interview is a 2 on 1. Each interview covers a different "skill"- macro trends, fixed income math, ability to accept criticism, etc. You hear back five business days after the superday.
