Extremely meticulous. First a pre-screen interview to show that you are interested. Then you apply through the online link. If they determine to go forward, you are sent a Hirevue which consisted of behavioral and technical questions. Then you are invited to a superday which was 6 back to back 30 min interviews with a panel of 2 each so a total of 12 people. They switch back and forth between behavioral and technical. They are very engaged and interested in how you think and they don't really seem to have a list of questions they need to ask so they do a lot of follow up on your answers. You better believe you need to actually know what you are saying or you will get stuck when they follow up. Then after if you pass over, you will get a final round which for me consisted of 2 more interviews with executive VP where they ask you more behavioral and technical questions.
